Some days I spent so much time sitting at the computer... that I could almost feel my behind giving roots into the office chair. 'This can't be good' - I think to myself while drinking coffee and going through my favorite stops on the internet. I'm procrastinating exercise like one would a visit to the dentist.
This weekend, as I was attempting to help my husband with moving of some furniture, I've realized how out of shape I actually am:( Today, I'm signing up for yoga. I am! Enough is enough:)

  2. I love how this looks layered. As if the girl and writing were painted on glass floating above the textured background. Very cool. Your work is too beautiful to neglect it for exercise. he he he. I am growing "behind" roots too. ;)

  5. Yet another lovely piece. Your illustrations help to make my week.
I find that exercise is the first thing I need to do after breakfast, otherwise it just doesn't happen. I find that the body is much more prepared to workout during the morning than in the arvo.

  7. I like the contrast of the Tartan trousers and the way her hair is blossoming on your picture today. I know how you feel about the office chair, every now and then I get up and walk up and down the stairs half a dozen times when I am busy.

  8. I hate exercise, and I'd rather be drawing too! But good for you, one of these days I'll stop putting it off.

I'll be in pain (I'm sure) tomorrow.
Tried doing something in the morning... but I could barely lift the coffee cup before 11 am:)
    Thanks for all the support!
