    Helen,
    I visit your blog whenever I just need a "happy fix." Your illustrations and viewpoint are wonderful. I've been visiting regularly for about a year. May I just say "thanks" to you (and your adorable daughters) for bringing me joy...an indescribably worthwhile mission:)

    Ironically, this morning I woke up to snow. Yes. Snow. Unbelievable. And it hasn't even melted yet. My tulips are covered in snow and the magnolia tree lost half it's petals. Good thing I took pictures before.
