opaque and vibrant . . .

I've been watercoloring again... for fun... treating it a bit like gouache. It comes out opaque and very vibrant:)

Carolyn, I'm using mostly these little Winsor & Newton Series 2&3 watercolours... and some Grumbacher solids.

  7. All of your work is so joyful!! These are inspiring paintings. Question for you: for your textile/surface design, do you use an Illustrator plug-in for textile design? If so, which? Anyone feel Artlandia is worth the high price? Thanks for answering if you have time, --anyone!

Dear eyecontact to answer your question:
I don't use any plug-in for illustrator. I've never tried Artlandia. Wish I could be more helpful:)

I'm new at Ai. I'm having trouble getting repeat patterns lined up exactly right. Any advice from pattern designers is welcome if someone has the time. Have a great week, everyone!

  11. I'm wondering if the pattern that is shown on your Twitter logo is a fabric that you made? I saw it on a post earlier in teal as well. Could you tell me where to find that if it is fabric? Thanks!!
