wheat, straw & color pencils . . .

It's been a long while since I've used a color pencils... a very long while... but, here I am. Like riding a bicycle (also, haven't done that in a while:).

    But it's so nice, isn't it? I find sketching with coloured pencils really relaxing (I use Berol Karismacolor). But I rarely actually work out ideas in sketchbooks like I did at art college. It's a bit like I just don't have the time anymore, and that always feels like a pity. You know?

    I think this picture is very cute. I like colored pencils,mostly because they are pretty easy to find.
