I start my day with Earl Grey. How do you start yours?

I made these patterns a little while ago for the American Girl book (Praline's Book of Friendship Questions). They serve as backgrounds on it's girlie pages.

My new office - it's full of light and it's easy to be in. I like designing in this space. The other wall still needs a little something... maybe a few posters or a display shelf (I'll show you when it's all done). Everything is a work in progress...

Well, it's that time again - time to invite little friends to Lola's little birthday party. It feels a bit different this time, because it's the big 9! I remember being nine very clearly... and that's why I wanted to make the card a bit more sophisticated. Not that 'the childhood is over'... but a more mature times are ahead:)

Throwing some colour onto the winter whiteness... with this new 'butterfly party' pattern... Take that - snow!

While I hide inside (like a potted plant) as much as I can during the winter, the cute little members of my family are enjoying the season for what it is.

Mudpuppy is one of my favourite clients. My girls love it when I get samples of the finished product I had part in creating... and these wooden patterned magnetic letters were no exception. Hours of fun... the fridge finally had it's day:)

Now that the celebrations are over... (and the last of champagne has evaporated) - I'm ready to start looking forward to something new! Something warm. Something bright... like late spring and all of summer:)
