I'm not quite sure about the little girl design, thought. I have some difficulties "seeing" her. Do you understand what I mean? :-/ If you could cut on some of her details, I think this would help with the reading. Like the shoulders and maybe something in the ribbon?
I also like how you used white/grey and the pastel colors. This looks a lot like you while still being profesionnal.
