fruit girls & other lunacy . . .

It's been a delicious summer so far. I've been living on watermelon and cherries. Even had a dream about buying a second refrigerator to accommodate my watermelon habit.
Kids planted cucumbers, tomatoes and herbs. It tastes so much better when it's from your yard:) Wish the yard was bigger and the summer never ended.

Man, I would love to wear those fruit costumes on the girls! Me and one of my neighbours have been putting up a small veggie garden in a corner of our yard aswell. It´s so much fun, except for the all the watering it needs.
Oh, and have I mentioned that I´m a huge fan of yours? And your blog always enlightens my day and gives me inspiration. So thank you for that!

I know what you mean about the watermelon. I could eat it everyday during the summer. In December, I'll wish I'd had more. My other great love from summer gardens, is beets, silver dollar sized. Boiled and peeled with a little salt. Heaven!

A melon contains about 6% sugars and 92% water by bodyweight. As with many other many fruits, it is a resource of supplement C. The amino-acid citrulline was first taken from melon and examined. Watermelons contain a quite a bit of citrulline and after usage of several kg, an increased attention is calculated in the system plasma; this could be wrongly diagnosed for citrullinaemia or other urea period conditions add url free.
