Anaïs is turning 7 . . .

My youngest girl, Anaïs, is turning 7 next Thursday. Exiting stuff!
Little friends, little cakes, little presents. Last batch of little. How fast they grow...

A little taste of what life is like with Anaïs:

Last night. Sitting on a couch watching tv...

A: Mom, you are going to be a 'gramma' to my children.
Me: Yep:). Planning on having many children?
A: Not children...ORPHANS! This way....... no pain in the hospital:)

little invitation . . .

I still have 3 weeks until Anais's birthday rolls around, but... I've already got the little invitations all ready to go! Feels good to be ahead of schedule... even if it is a product of an evening full of sweet procrastination:).

double digits . . .

My daughter Lola is turning 10 next weekend. A first decade behind her belt. Double digits!
I hope she's not going to be too disappointed when she finds out that she's not going to Hogwards. She's pretty certain that you find out wether you are a witch or not between the age of ten and eleven:).

party invitation. . .

Lately my house has turned into a flu and cold headquarters. One exits only to welcome another... thus I haven't had much energy for fun side projects, but... Margo's birthday is coming up and I couldn't resist designing an invitation to her little party:)

my printable birthday invitation...

Anais is having a birthday in a few weeks. As I was working on an invitation for her little party I thought - 'it's been a while since I've had a 'blog reader appreciation day'...
So here it is! I really appreciate you guys blog-visiting me and my work and I thank you with these FREE for you birthday invitations that you can use for your little one's birthday parties:) Hope they come in handy!
Oh, and the illustrations in the circles could work well as cupcake toppers if you cut them out and tape them to toothpicks.
Just promise me you wouldn't use them commercially... OK:)
